Happy New Year!

I love a new year! It is a fresh start and an opportunity to look at what is and if you don't like what you see, then see what you can do to change things. Some people say "I don't make new year resolutions because I always break them" but to me that doesn't make sense because it is so self-defeating. Try to make small manageable and achievable goals to begin with to maximise success and then when you get more confident you can get more creative. As Nike says "Just do it!"
